The new Reliance is designed by Ian Paton of S C McAllister.
The shelterdecked twin rig trawler, is equipped with Mitsubishi
S6RT MPTK-S main and engin, a Reintjes 6:1 reduction gearbox and a
1900mm diameter Lips HR nozzle.
The Reliance II will be prepared for fishing trials in June 2009. |

The vessel have double chine hull, transom stern, semi bulbous bow,
and soft nose stem. The vessel is arranged for single and twin rig
trawling. |
