Increased Cod Fishing Quota in Iceland
On Friday, Minister of Fisheries Jón Bjarnason announced the fishing quota for the next fishing season. The cod quota will be 160,000 tons, which is an increase of 10,000 tons compared to the ongoing fishing season.
